The responsibilities will include setup and operate Lathe machining centers and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Setting up and operating CNC Lathes Organizes and executes work assignments based on company needs.
Optimizes production processes, maximizing throughput.
Identifies areas of improvement.
Collaborates with QC, Production Manager, and Production Supervisor to rectify quality concerns.
Ensures compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
Maintains knowledge of processes and equipment.
Experience, Qualifications, And Skills CNC Setup/Operator High school diploma or GED.

years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Competent with Microsoft Office and capable of using database systems.
Ability to be an effective leader and communicator with all team members.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as Part prints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to read precision gauges and visual accuracy.
